Allison Baile, Au.D.

Allison Baile, Au.D., received her Doctor of Audiology in 2008 from Salus University, formerly the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Prior to that, she received her Bachelor of Science from West Virginia University and her Master of Science degree from Hunter College. She holds New Jersey State licensure to practice audiology and has her certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech- Language- Hearing Association (ASHA).

Dr. Baile has gained experience from working in a multitude of settings from private practice to hospitals, performing an array of audiological and vestibular evaluations , dispensing hearing aids and teaching audiology doctoral students while working as an assistant adjunct professor . Currently, she performs complete audiological evaluations for patients of all ages.

Jennifer Adams, Au.D.

Dr. Jennifer Adams received her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D) degree in 2005 from Salus University (formerly The School of Audiology at Pennsylvania College of Optometry). Prior to that, she received her Bachelor of Science degree from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and her Master of Arts degree from The College of New Jersey. Dr. Adams is dual licensed by the State of New Jersey to practice audiology and dispense hearing aids. Additionally, she maintains her certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Prior to joining our practice in 2007, Dr. Adams had worked in both private practice and hospital based settings. While working at JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute in Edison NJ, Dr. Adams developed a hearing aid support and counseling program for both new and current hearing aid users.  

Today, Dr. Adams uses her counseling skills on a daily basis to provide our patients with the best possible care during the hearing aid fitting process. Providing our patients and their family members with the proper counseling is the key component toward achieving a successful hearing aid fitting and a satisfied patient.
